Best egusi soup and assorted pepper soup in Baltimore, hands down! Tasty, no cut corners, stock fish pieces, a little bitter leaves in the egusi not just plain spinash (another reviewer complained about their egusi being bitter, that's because they don't know, egusi is supposed to have a little bitter taste from
The bitter leaves). Generous protein portions. Pepper soup is amazing! You can even taste the calabash nutmeg! Excellent food at an affordable price.

Equsi Soup pounded yam and 2 meat was perfect, salty, and they read the note that I wanted goat meat. Though, the container spilled a lot of soup. Jollof Rice with Plantain & Chicken was delicious, lots of plantains, and rice flavorful. Hearty and warm, love this place!

The egusi tasted as if it had been left over from last night and scraped from the bottom of the pot. There were two dry pieces of chicken and hardly any soup on the plate. I am highly disappointed in the food quality and taste. I expected better. I don't know if it's because I ordered it around noon and they didn't make any fresh soup, but this meal was not satisfactory.

It was good of course but it used to be even better a few years ago but they have new people cooking now. I didn’t like how the gave me a tiny bit of soup because I ordered extra soup. So it was like I got regular soup but paid and extra $8 for nothing
