My main complaint is that the goat was very dry. Not the end of the world, but it made me wish I had not gotten any protein because the soups were good on their own and ended up picking around the meat. I loved the texture of the pounded yam, its exactly what I hoped it would be. The serving sizes were also good, if you are like me and want to try multiple things, you could definitely share.
If you like spicy I would order it extra spicy, it needed heat (for me). They did give me a little side of a chili sauce though, which I used all of. "

Found this gem.... I have to say.... this is the best Jamaican food in the city, I ordered the jerk chicken and the brown stew chicken, and both were seasoned to absolute perfection. Not too much, not too little....every bite had flavor that hit exactly right.
The sides weren’t an afterthought either. The broccoli had the perfect texture.... not hard, not mushy, just right. The cabbage was full of flavor, and the rice held its own too. Everything on the plate was intentional.
And the portions.... They are NOT skimping. Im genuinely full, which doesn’t happen often. As someone who is a tough critic when it comes to food, I don’t say this lightly.... Betta Taste Jerk got it.

Highly recommend the che (fruit addict, halo halo, smashed avocado), blended drinks (mangonada, soursop, viet coffee), but I'd say the macarons are hit and miss. Owners are Viet which is cool. "I ABSOLUTELY LOVE BAMBU DESSERT DRINKS. They read the special instructions, hardly anyone does that... The strawberry yogurt came with a plastic seal & straw, the presentation is excellent just like th yogurt. I added whipped cream & caramel drizzle for a lil pizzaz. Thw coffee was everything that I've missed since college. Oh! The macarons are delicious. I wanted to try so many flavors, just to see what they taste like.
