My first time trying Sbarro's pizza since last time I ate it when I was a kid. So much nostalgia in one delicious pie

Instead of being New York style, the dough on the Pepperoni pizza and Cheese pizza was thick. And my NY Sausage Slice was a skimpy slice of cheese pizza that they threw some sausage chunks on top of.

everything I ordered was undercooked. the pepperoni and mushroom pizza had uncooked rubbery mushrooms sprinkled on top instead of them being cooked with the pizza. and either they forgot to include my drink or it was nabbed by delivery.

I just paid $27 for a pizza and toppings were forgotten off of it and the dough is uncooked. I spoke with the manager to see what we could do to resolve the issue Elva or Eiva on duty currently right now at 1:50 PM on Thursday, July 6 and she said with an extreme attitude. (If i order again she’ll just add extra toppings) totally excluding the fact that I can’t even eat this pizza because the Doe is not cooked. Do not go to this location save your $27. She also was laughing with a guy in the background who admitted that he forgot to add my toppings on the pizza. I didn’t find this funny. I have posted pictures of what I received versus what I was supposed to get.
