I love the vanilla Pound Cake Slice are my favorite cake and Scharolina's doesn't disappoint. She always think of her customers and thank you by extra treats. This is my favorite bakery in the RVA...I have tried several desserts and they're all delicious. If you love Pound Cake Slice you'll love it....The cake is delicious and moist and always fresh. I order from her weekly that's how good it is.

The Weekly Cupcake Sampler Box was unavailable at the time I placed my order but I recieved a few items in place of it and OH MY was it worth it. I didn't get a picture of the brownie before devouring it but it was incredibly rich and baked to perfection. The bread pudding is like nothing I have tried before, the flavor is to die for with a warm cinnamon caramel sauce that embraces you. The top is crispy and it gets nice and gooey as you make your way down. I also recieved the banana pudding and it is genuinely the best banana pudding I have ever tasted. It is loaded with vanilla wafer cookies and it's a very light treat. Everything was really balanced in flavor and you can tell how much care went into each baked good. I find that sweets can often be flat and lacking dimension but these were dynamic and balanced with salt. I will absolutely order from Scharolina's again and I recommend you try it out too!

I originally ordered the Strawberry Shortcake, but unfortunately it was out of stock. The owner personally reached out to me to let me know and kindly asked if there was another item I would like as a substitute. I decided to go with the strawberry cake instead. When I received my order, I was pleasantly surprised to find that she had also included a strawberry cinnamon bun as a thoughtful gesture for the inconvenience. That level of customer care truly stood out to me. Not only was the customer service amazing, but the products were absolutely fantastic. The cake was divine! Perfectly sweet, moist, and full of flavor. The cinnamon bun was unlike anything I’ve ever had before, and it was just as delicious. I truly appreciate the kindness and attention to detail. I will definitely be ordering again today, and hopefully this time I’ll finally get to try that Strawberry Shortcake! LOL!#shopblackbusiness

I ordered the crème brûlée cheesecake but the owner called soon after I placed the order to let me know the sold out so I replaced it with another key lime slice. These are huge slices and Really good. Customer service A1! Thank you !!

Overpriced for the portions. Cookies had way too much salt. The cake was good I was just expecting more at $20 a Cookies & Cream Cake Slice
