Best New York style pie in Castle Rock! Generous slices, perfect sauce to cheese ratio, and just the right amount of oil in a bite. The Grandma's (tomato) and white pies are also fantastic. As a South Jersey transplant, this is a taste of home. This is our go to spot after 10 years in the area.

The food here hits EVERY TIME, the portion is huge, and it's incredibly fresh. Everything I've had here (especially the carbonara) totally slays and I think it's the best Italian in Castle Rock. Hands down, 11/10 A+++

I love every menu item from Scileppi's. I just had the Stromboli and it was absolutely amazing!! My son had the calzone and didn't like the ricotta cheese in it and I didn't really either which is weird because we both love ricotta. I ended up dipping the Stromboli in the ricotta I pulled out of his calzone and it was great. I recommend scileppi's to everyone for the best pizza including all the delicious non typical special pizzas.

I felt like splurging for the Lobster Ravioli Ravioli but honestly it was a let down. Four above average sized ravioli served in a bland soup of red sauce. Not surprising, but it wasnt fresh tasting. If you cant do freshly caught then dont... and then they added way overcooked shrimp to the sauce which made it worse. I liked my Side Caesar Salad the best.. for $60 total with delivery fees etc, just not worth it. Still on the hunt for good Italian cuisine in this land locked state.
