I love their coffees and treats, but they keep forgetting to put the whipped cream on and that's like $1.22 extra every time

The Spicy Sausage & Egg Burrito was tiny for how it was priced, also the sausage was gritty which was rough.
The Iced Pumpkin Chai Latte doesn't even have a hint of pumpkin at all so I'm not sure if it's just overpowered by the chai itself or if it was forgotten.
