Log Cabin Sandwich !!!! Everything you could want on a huge sandwich! Also loved Cheech's Sandwich and the Cornbread Waffle.

I ordered the Smashburger and this is what I received: less-than-half a bun's worth of meat. This is unacceptable. The Explorer Plate was fine in terms of quantity, but now quality. , The meats were extremely dry and I've never eaten potatoe salad so bland in my life. I love Basecamp for breakfast, but Scouts Honor for dinner ain't it.

Explorer Plate (brisket, sausage) with Mac & Queso + Chili Beans were fantastic. Everything was seasoned evenly, and the sausage was juicy. Only criticism is that the brisket was a little dry, but the plate also came with 2 containers of ranch and BBQ sauce.
The Wings were nicely fried, and you can notice the smoked flavor in the wings. Evenly seasoned as well, and it went perfect with Smoked Serrano BBQ Sauce sauce on the side.
The Campfire Banana Pudding was great to end the meal. Lots of banana flavor in contrast to the chocolate. It's sweet but manageable.
All 3 items ordered above are perfect portion size for 2 hungry people!

Bland and cheap. The best part about the Campfire Banana Pudding was the Nutella on not. The rest was practically flavorless mush. The pulled pork on the Air-Plain Sandwich was neither smoked nor seasoned. You get what you pay for I suppose.

The chili, potato salad and coleslaw were Gread, super dissappointed with Cornbread Waffle-bland snd steamed soggy in packing, and the brisket was bone dry with a sticky layer of fat separating from the top.
