In 2010, not many knew what Sisig was. That’s all changed. Over a decade has passed since Senor Sisig gassed up its first food truck, and the Sisig — spicy ground meat — has become one of the most pop…
One of my go-to places to order from. Consistent, fast, and great value. The sisig crunch-a-dilla, which I believe may only be available through Doordash, is unbelievable! Ube horchata is also bomb. Only complaint was spice level. I selected the spiciest option and could barely get any spice, but hey, that's what hot sauce is for.

Crispy Sinigang Wings and the sauce... straight chef's kiss!! And the six wings are nicely sized as well, no tiny drummettes. Chips & Guac was also on point, perfect creamy to chunky ratio and chips were freshly baked! Def recommend!

I used to love this place! Coworkers and I frequented the food truck pre-pandemic. The tocilog still has the right flavors. The chicken quesadilla is OK. But the sisig tacos ... for the price, was not worth it. It was one sad looking taco. Barely any meat, just a bunch of shredded cabbage. Not worth the $18+. The whole order just felt overpriced after seeing what we got.

I've been eating here since this was a truck and the sizing is way off for the price they are charging. For $4 I got about 10 chips in my Chips & Guac order and the burrito was tiny for $19. I'll stick with real taqueria's moving forward because the portion sizing for this price is absolutely ridiculous.

DICE YOUR VEGETABLES. Weirdly massive chunks of tomato, and despite ordering spicy it was a bland as the desert is dry.
Pretty disappointing (and kind of gross) . Especially when the other location on Valencia is so good. Might come back, but y'all need to dice your vegetables, not just throw them haphazardly into a Tortilla, especially when your prices are so steep. Like nothing appealing about half the burrito being just a quarter slice of tomato with some rice jammed around it.
