The Appetizer Platter was great as usual however we ordered 6 of them to feed a number of guests and were only given this very small amount of chips, bean dip and salsa. Definitely not enough to share amongst the guests

Giovanni, Serranos's manager, today went above and beyond by providing ample bean dip and salsa for the number of people that were coming over to eat the multiple Appetizer Platter's we ordered

Really bad. The food was ice cold. Enchiladas had no sauce and the rice was DRY. the chips and bean dip were fine and the side salad was fresh and large. The nachos had a glop of cold machaca on them. Very disappointed.

The food is usually pretty great, but i found the price for the extra sides of rice and beans to be on the small side forvthe price. Tasty, but over priced. This time, there was also a bit of plastic sticker or wrapper mixed in with my burrito; had text on it, but couldn't make it out.

I have been coming to Serrano's since the early 80's. They have the best food. It dos not matter what you get it's all good. I like the tacos, hubby likes the chimichanga's.
