"This is the worst Taco Bell i have ever come into contact with! Poorly made, low quality. This was a reorder, bc the first attempt . I received the smallest burrito you've ever seen with almost nothing inside. my coworkers laughed when they saw it, bc it was so comically small. When Iopened the burrito, it looked like someone barely smeared a half teaspon of chili in there. I asked for extra cheese. There was barely any cheese. It was essentially a soft taco sized tortilla and nothing else. DD gave me a $4 refund, which didn't even cover for me to have it delivered again. I had to pay another $6 to cover another tip and delivery fee on top of the credit they gave me. I called their store to complain, and the mgr didn't even apologize. Was very rude. I work in the food service industry as a mgr myself, and I couldn't believe this experience. I also got cinamin twists on my original order. I didn't reorder those bc I assumed that those would be ok. It was only after the fact I tasted them and realized they were cooked in horribly burnt and old grease. They tasted bitter and disgusting and completely inedible. I had to throw those away. I cannot say emphatically enough how bad this experience was. "
