I ordered the Half Smoked Meat Platter and it lacked flavor, except for SALT!. the sausage was straight up nasty and smaller than I expected. it actually tasted old. I personally don't like skin on my sausage. the pork was ok, I guess. kind of dry. the brisket was very fatty and greasy. I got a total of 4 sides: Collard Greens Potato Salad, Mac & cheese, and jalapeno grits. the meal came with bread as well. greens were meh.. nothing special. the meat in the geens was weird. potato salad was bland, too much mayonnaise, the Mac and cheese was basic.
