Ok this was the best shake shack order I've ever received. Perfect burger, crisp lettuce, fresh tomato, fries still hot and cheese whiz still hot. AWESOME

Terrible i ordered a burger with a lettuce wrap and the lettuce was not fresh it was way to much lettuce and the beef was everywhere and not wrapped in the lettuce it tasted okay and i would not order again

The fries and chicken were overcooked and very hard! I couldn't eat either. It was like it was refried. Disappointed!

The onion rings and chicken bites were great. However, they made a mistake on the orders. Instead of cheese fries, i received regular fries. I asked for no herb mayo in the order, but it was still in the order and my friend couldn't eat the bottom bun as a result.
