I love Shane's Rib Shack!!! My favorite is their Shack Fries, however I wish they would add the option to "Add Bacon". They had the option at one point, so I realized I really liked it with Bacon. Now, I have to call to request bacon, but there's a separate charge, and since I paid on the website when I ordered, it is a big hassle and no one seems to know how to add it. I wish they'd add this! Otherwise, I love Shanes!

BBQ pork in Big Dad was dry (even with sauce), and there were tough, impossible to chew chunks of overcooked meat. This is the first time I've ever had this happen at any Shane's, but it was a disappointment.

Awesome taste of the best grilled chicken I've ever tasted!! The sauce is so good!! And the Mac n cheese is pretty awesome as well!!

Got the BONELESS WINGS BASKET and the wings were tiny. Barely any chicken mostly bread. I also ordered them half mild and half bbq but they were all mild.

I ordered 63 dollars in food from Shane's my ribs and pull pork was dryer than ever had since I been eating there I felt helpless because it was from door dash I felt robbed
