I don't usually like to leave negative reviews, but people need to be aware of this floral shop because the way they operate seems very shady. My biggest mistake was not looking over their reviews before placing my order. Since it was a last-minute purchase, I just saw that the picture looked decent on DoorDash and went for it.
I ordered the "Sharon Vase 054 Deluxe," which was $149.99 before taxes and fees (totaling nearly $170). Based on the listing photo, I was expecting a stunning, full, and premium arrangement featuring delicate blush pinks, soft peaches, and whites, specifically highlighting beautiful garden roses, hydrangeas, and an elegant, cohesive aesthetic.
What we actually received looks absolutely nothing like the picture. Instead of a "Deluxe" bouquet, we were sent a sparse, hastily thrown-together arrangement filled with dark purple mums, bright pink carnations, a couple of basic roses, and an excessive amount of cheap greenery filler. The color palette is completely wrong, and the quality of the flowers is a massive downgrade. Let alone the water inside the vase doesn't even look clean, and the flowers themselves do not look fresh at all.
It is incredibly unfortunate to find out after the fact that this shop is apparently known for doing exactly this: downgrading orders while upcharging customers. It feels incredibly deceptive to charge extra for a "Deluxe" or premium tier, only to deliver something worse than what I could get from a stand on the side of the road. I usually don't mind paying a deluxe or premium price for quality, but a $40 bouquet at grocery stores is way more put together and looks far more premium than this.
If you are out of the flowers pictured, you should cancel the order or contact the customer, not just throw whatever mismatched scraps you have into a vase and hope they won't notice. I feel completely ripped off. Save your energy and your time. Don't order from here.
