The sampler box offered variety of donuts from glazed to filled donuts. The donuts were soft and airy. The box was big enough to share with family and friends. I really enjoyed their bavarian filled donut.

Donuts are old and stale , I have ordered before and they were hot and fresh but I guess it was the Ella location and not this one. No sugar or creamer for coffee

I selected Shipley on Ella blvd. specifically for the reason of quality. My donuts arrived cold, very hard and with an unpleasant taste. Donuts were not fresh at all it seems though they have been in rotation for at least 2 days. Very dissatisfied. I ordered for my family movie night. Well we will be having movies without our traditional Shipley's donuts. Know someone has to go out and get more donuts. This order was a waste of my money ie. fees and tips. Not concerned with the tip because these are hard working people that service us so that we have convenience.

I order half dozen and a filled bar creme and I received my order incomplete. I called the store and didn't answer.
