Both the mocha and caramel cold brews tasted extremely artificial and like chemicals. And i'm not sure how they managed to mess up donut holes but they tasted bland and were hard. Better quality and price at your local mom and pop donut shop than at shipleys.

Apple Fritter was more like a log and the donuts are very thick.

They were dry as if they were a day old. I will not buy them again. They have lost a long time customer since I lived in Houston in the 80's.

Items always being left out while still being charged for. Taste is mid tier for the cost.
