This was my first time ordering from Shun and let me tell you, they did not disappoint! The Spicy Tonkotsu was absolutely delicious and their Taiwanese Beef Noodle 台湾牛 was INCREDIBLE! I've never tried any spices like this but I really loved them. Their portion sizes were good and their regular spice level was about a "mild+"....not too spicy at all. I suggest getting the spice on the side though, if you're not a huge spicy fan. All in all a great experience and I will be ordering from them again. Great job guys!

Curry ramen exceeded expectations. The creamy veggie is rich and super savory. Both dishes delivered with broth separate so everything was fresh and not waterlogged. Not a lot of ingredients in Shun's ramen but the broth speaks for itself.

This was my first time ordering from here and it's my new local favorite- everything was so fresh and fast! I think you can tell how good a sushi place is based on the quality of their simple rolls, and the Salmon Avocado roll was perfect. Also highly recommend ordering the Spicy Tuna Roll and Karaage 炸鸡 together, they complement each other really well.

Amazing spicy tonkostu ramen with smoked pork! The broth is rich and fiery, and the smoked pork adds a perfect smoky twist. The noodles are spot on, very chewy and delicious. A must-try for heat lovers!

I absolutely love the Shoyu 酱油. It's perfect for when I want something mild and gentle that goes down easy.
Heads up on the Madison Roll though, the DoorDash AI generated description is very incorrect. This roll is actually "Crab meat, tempura crunch w/ spicy tuna, masago on top" from the store's menu.
