Ordered taco Tuesday special... the quality of the tacos has improved. Used to be $5 for two tacos, rice and beans. Now it's 3 tacos, rice and beans for $10.
For a special, I'd prefer the two tacos, rice and beans for $5 as the portions of sides are less as well. Ordered chips and salsa sampler as well.... chip quality is better as well. Whatever change has been made is a good in.

I ordered the Hatch Valley combination plate with a cheese enchilada, shredded beef crispy taco and chili pork meat smothered with hot green hatch chili with rice and beans on the side. I requested a bag of chips with 4 oz each of red salsa, green salsa, sour cream, and bean dip. I also ordered a cinnamon sugar sopapilla with honey. My Dasher is Isaiah. All in with tip $38.97. The bag of chips was huge! Arrived super fast, very hot and tasty.
The beef taco was awesome, I could taste the smokiness in the shredded beef and the salsa made it rock. The flauta was also extra large with the same shredded beef. The chips were perfect to scoop up the pork chunks in the chili verde, so tender and tasty, my mouth is on fire. Holy cow! This was a lot of food. Instead of honey they provided maple syrup. Not what I was expecting. Despite the syrup, this was a five star!
The pork meat was cubed and and wasn't cooked long enough to fall apart. It was tasty and mostly tender and very flavorful.

I ordered a Lunch Burrito Plate with chicken, green sauce rice and refried beans. I also requested a Dr Pepper and a bag of chips and salsa and 3 different salsas. All in with tip $25.80. My Dasher is Michael. super fast, super hot, super tasty. no need to order extra chips it came with it. It also came with a sopapilla. Pretty awesome. The Dr Pepper was missing. Still five stars.

I was born and raised in New Mexico, when I saw this rest was out here in AZ and it was a branch of the New Mexican one I had to try, it never disappoints it has become a favorite in my household. I get the stuffed #12 Stuffed Sopaipilla Plate , chimichanga or the enchiladas, th salsas are also a must have if ordering from here!!

The green chile Enchilada was really disappointing there was 4 little cubes of meat and even paid extra and the rest was all corn tortilla !! Shameful !! Lunch Taco and Enchilada Plate
