I've been in the Memphis area for ten years and I can honestly say that this place is top tier. Every bite was enjoyable and delightful. The portions are well worth the price. You can taste the freshness and hickory before your mouth even touches the food. Would most definitely try this again and again. Silverback has set the standard extremely high for Memphis bbq. Thank you

Scrolling on DoorDash & messed around & ordered this. I’m expecting a styrofoam container with subpar bbq & I get a tray of mouthwatering bbq filled to the brim. It was delicious & I have more than enough left over. Memphis folks yall gotta try!

I ordered the Half Slab ribs and, although the special instructions were followed, it was a little bit spicy to me (since I don't eat spicy food). My order was delivered early but the ribs were cool/cold. I had to place them in my oven, on 200°F, for about fifteen minutes. In my experience with ordering a Half Slab of ribs, I've always received six bones...
Well, I only had five bones and not six. Overall, the ribs were ok.

The rib tips were very very tasty but I didn't like the chewy texture. They were overcooked and slightly burnt. The slaw and beans were good as usual. This is still my go to restaurant for bbq when there online
