I've tried this dish at least 4 times and each time it makes my taste buds dance! The entire plate is cooked to perfection and is a perfect pairing! Beurre blanc sauce is fire! My only complaint is the green bean ends are not cut so you have to remove the little stick. Also this time the salmon was tiny not the same size as past orders. For that they get a 4

Best Slow Roasted Herb Crusted Prime Rib 16 oz. ! Generous cut, requested temperature and extraordinarilly tasty with superb yukon mashed potato. This was a family birthday dinner and all the food was "above and beyond" good. Grilled Asparagus & Bearnaise, White Cheddar Mac & Cheese and some fabulous French Onion Soup! Add the dessert Key Lime Pie and it was a perfect dinner. Much appreciated. Thank you.

Everything was great, the potatoe side was rather small and the halibut cheeks were very overdone, dry and kind of tough. For 215 dollars tho, it would have been nice to have a decent sized side dish.
The sauces were ok, my butter was cold n had gotten very thick, and the horseradish sauce got warm from being packaged inside with the prime rib and seperated.
The king crab, prime rib, and scallops made up for everything as they were absolutely PERFECT T.
Everything else, however was AMAZING.

Disappointed. For almost $20 the hot artichoke and crab dip only filled half the container and was extremely oily. A lot of onions but not a lot of artichokes or crab meat. Does not look like the picture.

Ever since Simon's was sold, it's gone downhill. Now they are getting cheap. My Oven-Roasted Chicken Dijon was not 2 chicken breasts,but a single breast cut in half horizontally. Ridiculous given that the price has gone up $8 in the last few years. The Key Lime Pie was also significantly smaller than previously. This is no longer a premier restaurant. I'm very disappointed.
