Every time they run out of Nutella, they use chocolate sauce instead. It's really frustrating. I wish they'd just call me and let me have a chance to order something else.

Our order is never correct- wrong toppings or missing toppings every time. This most recent order was not only incorrect but the ice cream was a gummy consistency. When they make everything correctly it is wonderful, but that doesn't happen often

this ice cream was so disgusting. the worst ice cream ive ever had. it tasted old and rotten.
