This place has gone so far downhill. The chicken is barely spicy even when you order it slappin, they mess up your order frequently, they skimp so hard on utensils it's a gamble every time if you get any sauce. I mean I used to love their location in Hicksville but this one I don't want to go to anymore.

Food was good. Pretty good Chicken. Slider was good, Mac Bowl was pretty good taste wise and value wise. Oreo pudding was good also. I got "Hot" but it wasn't that spicy. Also ordered an extra cup of slepping sauce but it wasn't not given. Hence the 4 star rating. Overall good food and quality.

food was decent i ordered the SOLO PLATE and the fries were good and the best thing from the meal the chicken quality is questionable and seems off, ordered slappin and no type of spice or flavor, most flavor i got was from the fries i would not order again no hate to the place but with what's around it id choose other spots to eat

really has gone down hill since they first opened, they used to give honey and napkins and forks with order. now i'm lucky if i get my food. it's so dry lately, they add no extra layer of sauce like it says on the menu for the #5 Slappin Mac Bowl just mac chicken and fries, barely any mac and cheese. big let down the more i ordered from there was my fave spot until they clearly stopped caring

Dry as hell, the sandwich simply was not good unless you drown it in sauce (which they don't give).Mac and cheese is the kraft Mac and cheese mixture so that also tasted horrible and not like cheese at all. I hope they would add real cheese in the future. Overall, not worth it. SOLO PLATE "Homemade" Mac and Cheese
