This was my first time trying this place, and unfortunately I was pretty disappointed. The chicken wasn’t tender or flaky and didn’t taste very fresh. Compared to Cane’s, where the chicken usually tastes fresh and flaky and the bread is consistently soft and good, this just didn’t come close. Even Layne’s, which has a similar style and offers spicier chicken and different sauces, has much more flavor. The Slim Sauce here tasted almost like marinara sauce to me, which I personally didn’t enjoy. The fries and bread also tasted old and stale, like they had been sitting out for a while. I really wanted to like it, especially since it was my first time, but overall the freshness, flavor, and quality were disappointing.

I've ordered the spicy tenders plenty of times from many locations and have NEVER had them so spicy to the point that I can't eat or enjoy my food. The tenders taste and look like they were dipped straight into a bucket or cayenne pepper.

The strawberry cheesecake was awesome but the wings were rubbery and I probably won't order again but it had large portions.

3 times in a row they gave the wrong amount of tenders. They keep shorting the order. Also they cannot get the ssauce orders right either. Chicken is ok but definitely had better. Will probably not order from here anymore since they cannot get the orders correct ever.
