Tried Smash Shack for the first time through DoorDash and it did not disappoint. The burger was seriously so good, the meat was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The fries were on point too, crispy and just the right amount of salt. Honestly, everything hit the spot. Definitely ordering again!

Food arrived in an unsealed box which concerns me as this can be easily accessed by others and thus not following food safety protocols. Burger/fries were good portions and sizes and had a good taste but could be fresher. Will not order again.

I appreciate that they added a small cup of ketchup to dip my fries in, and the burger is delicious! Will definitely order from here again!

No packaging. The food can be tampered with very easily because there's no sealed bag. The paper box only has a sticker seal, but it doesn't work well. It's easy to peel off and stick back on without anyone noticing. The heat from the food also weakens the adhesive, making the seal even less secure. The packaging should use paper that can be securely stapled instead of relying on a weak sticker seal.

it's a kitchen inside an arcade. burgers and fries were ok, any other burger joint will have better food. end of the day is it's a low end kids arcade kitchen.
