• 2/18/22Tenders were good. They used less batter this time which is good so you can actually see the chicken. Cheesesteak egg rolls get soggy right away but tasted ok.

• 5/13/22Tenders are huge! like the size of a regular chicken breast... they looked like fish fillets. Weird. The tots were from a bag. Could have just put some in the oven myself at home.

• 4/27/22Their food is one of my favorite places in the bay, but I don't order it much cause its hella expensive for what it is. If i judged by their food alone id say 5-Stars. But minus 3 Stars cause their packaging is horrendous. They use cheap flimsy containers. When they stack containers into the plastic bag for transportation, sometimes the containers have collapsed. This isn't the first time, but it seems they just shove their boxes into bags without any organization. When I received my 2 completely full bags carrying my food containers, the bottom of both bags were completely soaked with sauces and oils. The containers at the bottom collapsed causing the stacked containers to tilt and sauce ended up leaking into the bag itself. Please use better containers.

• 2/6/22Philly cheesesteak had no flavor. Fries were decent and the Royale burger was not close to what was paid for it. Last time was great this time quite the opposite

• 6/18/22They messed up my order very badly and I'm a regular customer. I always ask for sauce on the side and this time they dumped half a bottle of sauce in my order it looks like. The chicken is mushy and inedible with the huge amount of sauce on it
