The Family Gathering meal was not enough for a family it was barely enough for two people the portions were small of everything ordered the brisket had had very little flavor it was very tender but needs more spice the turkey was the same the ribs were the Sam the meat needs spice and flavor and so does the potatoe salad this just was not a good decision I made with this meal I spent $60+ for this dinner and it was not worth it not in flavor not in price. Dissatisfied

$5 for 3 tablespoons of mac & cheese. Portions very small. Fries were a little soggy and the brisket was dry. We won't reorder/return.

It tastes exactly like normal bbq and the portion is small. I had the burnt end platter. burnt ends were slightly dry but perfect for dipping. I didn't taste any seasoning on the meat itself which normally I prefer but ever since I had jack stacks nothing has compared yet. tastes similar to aunt miller's bbq. I still have yet to try many other bbq joints in kc.

We ordered the Sampler Platter for two and burnt ends. Decent bbq, but portions were pretty small for the price. The baked beans are great. The slaw is pretty standard. Everything was tender but there wasn't a very smoky flavor for a joint called Smokehouse. I would order again if there were a good deal. I won't get the Burnt Ends again. They were okay but we only got 4 very small ones with 4 tiny chunks of sausage for almost $20. Not worth it.
