• 8/19/24Signature House Smoked Ribs were cooked perfectly, fall off the bone with bits of charred meat at the edges. Good amount of meat with little fat.

• 11/27/24last time we order from here. $32 for about a cup of nearly dry mushy pasta (no cheese) Smokehouse Mac & Cheese with added brisket SUCKED. hard dry meat, a ton of limp onion things - never again. THE PHOTO SHOWS HOW DRY AND GROSS IT IS. The one time we had was just a fluke. Since then, not good and a ripoff. The smoked wings we got were hard as a rock also.

• 6/28/24We have ordered from this place in the past and the burgers, to me, are usually great. Due to a gluten issue, the fact they offer a "No Bun" option is awesome and for some reason rare among other restaurants. We ordered yesterday, 6/28/24, and I got the burger with a fried egg and cheddar cheese, broccoli and cheese, and then sweet potato fries. My wife got 6 Traditional Jumbo Wings Medium with ranch and French fries. My daughter got Mac & Cheese .
My burger was great and the broccoli and cheese was fine. The Sweet Potato Fries were good, but they give you an insanely small amount. it's basically a small handful. I called the restaurant and asked for honey mustard to be added - they didn't add it.
My daughters Mac & Cheese - she's 15, by the way - was basically petri dish sized. I ended up giving her my sweet potato fries.
My wife enjoyed the wings, but of course they didn't include Ranch which I had selected. The Natural Cut Fries were good, but once again the amount given was very minimal.
I know DoorDash has their fees and there's a tip involved, but for over $70 we got the aforementioned and it was honestly probably in reality $25 or so worth of food. So, be incredibly aware of portion sizes here.

• 7/9/25Got Smoked Jumbo Wings in Buffaque and Memphis dry rub and oh, my goodness. I've had a lot of wings in my life and these were the best. Flavorful but not overly salty, perfectly juicy inside with crispy skin. The Cornbread - 2 Pieces with the honey butter and Texas-Style Beef Brisket Platter were also delicious. Amazing.

• 3/24/24The Pulled Pork Sammy was ok, but the Mac & Cheese was bland. The Boneless Wings were good, but a small portion for the price. The Bones Salad was also small for the price and a lot of the lettuce was slimy. The food arrived cold. Overall, quality and portion size not worth the price.
