Usually really like this place. They were not on their game tonight. All of the food was ridiculously over cooked. Brisket was like rubber and had to saw through the sausage with a steak knife. Potato skin were not nearly as good as usual and had nearly no pork. They did not include any of their BBQ sauce. Really disappointing

Ribs and brisket were ok, the sausage was overly salty.
The winner of the dinner was the smoked chicken wings! I will order again just for those.
