This place is amazing, the Snooze Signature bacon is thicker than my grandpa’s skin. Whoever is carefully filling condiment cups with half-n-half for my togo orders: I nominate you to run my life. Last, to the cook slanging’ butter like it’s a love language - I love you too bro.

The Snooze Signature Bacon is to die for. I tried the Shrimp & Grits* for the first time & it's now my favorite item. The eggs Smashed Avocado Benny* was also good as were the Hash Browns. The Spuds Deluxe* wasn't bad yet not to my taste. One of my favorite breakfast restaurant in Denver & haven't had anything that wasn't good.

The breakfast here is on another level and consistent . The Bacon But Different literally melts in my mouth and the glaze is amazing. The Blueberry Danish Pancakes are filled with cream che and topped perfectly everytime. Am I being over dramatic? Maybe. But its that good.

the Local Nitro Cold Brew Coffee is shocking small, $6 for basically a shot of coffee is ridiculous, but the food is really good.

Paid extra for extra cheese and arugula, both missing, and a semi-bruised avocado. Burrito overall was very light on egg and beans. It's a lot of money for a bunch of hashbrowns wrapped in a tortilla. Pretty disappointed.
