I heard this place was new. I am very glad I ordered here. The bagel was amazing. The cookies and cream frap was perfect. They didn't have the exact bagel I ordered so they refunded me and sent the next best thing. They even sent a hand written note to apologize about having the wrong bagel. I love these people already.
