I don't know what is wrong with this store but they refuse to get orders right for some reason. Even if you pick up in person. It's always little things too. We order burgers without ketchup, they won't put the ketchup on but they also don't put lettuce and tomato on. They are the worst about drinks though, I order a cherry coke with out ice and ask for it to be made dirty. I have ordered it this way several times and I have yet to receive it that way. They also gave us short straws for the rt44 drink which will fall into the cup if you push them down to the bottom. So ev though the food tasted good, I'm rating them as a two star because they always get something wrong.

My fries were too salty. All the dressing on the sandwich had fell in the box, Double SONIC® Smasher. Didn't get sundae. I wont order anytime soon.

Premium Chicken Bites was like eating beef Jerky and their was barely any ice in my Soft Drink I asked for extra ice in and my Mozzarella Sticks was cold. i don't know if I would order again. not fresh. and portion seemed off on the Premium Chicken Bites

SuperSONIC® Bacon Double Cheeseburger was made as I ordered it.Footlong Quarter Pound Coney was never given to me and my dasher didnt even check the ticket to see what the order had. French Toast Sticks were correct and warm.Twisted Flamingo was the wrong size and overloaded with strawberries so much so that each sip was a mouth full of liquid strawberries.
Should have done way better with the amount of time it took to even get the order.
