wonderful vegan food with southern home comfort elements thrown in. I find a hard time finding vegan collards and theirs are great and the Mac n cheese is exceptional

Bar-Be-Que Kalebone Twists - texturé was very soft which I have no issue with, but the bbq sauce was not for me and had a strange aftertaste
Dinner Plate - Mac and cheese was sweet, almost like they used a vanilla nondairy milk, but I really like the texture. That said I would not get it again. The potato salad is amazing. The side salad is nothing to really write home about but it's fine and the dressing is intesting. Cornbread is dry. The steak texture is enjoyable but it and the gravy rely on salt so heavily to carry the flavor that a few bites in it's just hard to enjoy anymore.
Really love supporting local vegan spots but im really disappointed by the flavor profiles here.

Kalebone & mac was great. Collards wernt seasoned. Sweet potatoes were bland. Cake was dry. Use to be delicious a couple years back. Not sure what has changed.

The Mac n cheese has a sweet taste to it. Not what i expected of a mac n cheese dish. The BBQ cauliflower was good but wished i had more sauce.

So I ordered "Crispy tofu cutlets" and "Tofu Tofu Sticks" and gies what.
They're the same thing.
Mac & cheese was fire.
Cornbread is so dry it's inedible.
Potato salad was OK. Pumpkin pie was very very tasty.
