Bit spicy. But excellent flavor. I felt like I'm eating the fried rice from Chennai street food!

I ordered the biryani through DoorDash and it didn’t really meet expectations. The flavor was okay, but the rice was quite dry and lacked the usual richness. It also felt like tasting salt (Ajinomoto) might have been used, because a few hours after eating my mouth and throat felt unusually dry. Overall, the texture and after-effect made it less enjoyable.
