Im just shocked at the lengths Starbucks goes to take care of their customers. Of course my drink came perfectly made, it was packaged properly but in addition the barista also added extra ice in a separate cup with an adorable Christmas bear. Waking up in a bad mood, this truly turned my day around.

The coffee wasn't even filled up all the way. They gave me 3/4 of the cup. I noticed it felt lighter in weight than usual. I opened the lid and to my surprise they didn't fill it up all the way.
