• 2/23/26He quedado decepcionada. Jamás me había llegado un pan tan pequeño, tan blanco, tan duro y tan malo de sabor(completamente ácido) y pido lo mismo con frecuencia para mis desayunos. Esto no tiene que ver nada con el Dasher, tiene que ver con el pedido en sí, He quedado inconforme y siento que bote dinero en vano. Hoy Starbucks fue decepcionante. No lo pidan, al menos hoy.

• 12/25/24I always order White Chocolate Mocha. This particular store is just lazy. The drink comes with whippedcream but they rarely add it. They barely tap the syrup pump, so its never correct, never stir so it always just tastes like hot milk, and the cup is often half full or less, with a ton of milk foam or just emptiness at the top half. I pass this one going to work, but go out of my wayto go to the one at I-10 and Greenhouse. The park row/barker cypress one is like wal-mart and the I-10/Greenhouse is Target. Same basic prices but a completely different experience!

• 12/17/25I dashed a Venti (Large) Iced Chai Latte that must have been made by the siren herself. Thank you to my dasher and barista for adding less than the required amount of ice to ensure the drink did not water down. Super refreshing and will be ordering again!

I recently ordered a grande coffee from Starbucks for delivery, and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Upon receiving my order, I noticed the cup was only filled halfway, and to add to the disappointment, the coffee was cold.
Firstly, the underfilled cup was surprising, as I expect a full serving when ordering a grande size. This discrepancy in portion size was disappointing and not reflective of the quality I anticipate from Starbucks.
Moreover, the cold temperature of the coffee was a major letdown. A fundamental aspect of enjoying coffee is its warmth, which enhances the flavor and overall experience. Unfortunately, receiving a cold beverage detracted significantly from my enjoyment.
While I understand that factors such as delivery time and external conditions can impact the temperature of the coffee, I had hoped for better packaging or insulation to maintain its heat during transit.
Overall, this experience with Starbucks delivery fell short of the brand's usual standards. As a loyal customer, I hope to see improvements in consistency and quality control for future orders, ensuring that customers receive the high-quality beverages they expect from Starbucks, regardless of delivery method.
