Asked for no ice on this item. $15 for a half full cup. They have been great about not putting ice and filling the cup on all previous orders but today was not a good experience. Super sad Thais drink was just not good today and costs a lot.

The Turkey, Provolone & Pesto on Ciabatta barely had anything on it. One slice of turkey that doesn't even cover the whole sandwich. It was basically bread, tomatoes, and pesto. Would have been great if there was more on it. I won't pay that much for another one...

Second time I've ordered a chai for it to come and literally just be a cup of milk with cold foam. Thought it was just a fluke the first time so I gave it another shot today. Disappointed.
