Steak n Shake is a national treasure. The burgers are always perfect, the fries are fantastically crispy and the shakes are creamy and delicious. Some of the best real food you'll ever enjoy.

My cheeseburger was fresh and juicy. I'm a frequent customer and sometimes burgers are not always this fresh, but even the worst order I've had was still decent. The fries are always crispy, even with delivery. This is one of my cheat day favs.

First time ordering from this place. The burgers were good and the shakes were excellent.
However, we didn't receive any straws and half of the things I ordered weren't there. We expected 6 burgers and 3 sides. Only 3 burgers were in the bag with no sides at all apart from a singular french fry. Pretty comical. And last of all, the bag the food came in wasn't sealed.

I ordered four milkshakes. The Biscoff, strawberry, Oreo and cotton candy. Last time I ordered, they had bubble lids on them, they were drizzled with the correct flavor on top of the whipped cream. Check my order. I certainly did not deny whipped cream or any of the toppings! I want all of them. I've been in the hospital since May 22 due to a car accident and this is really disappointing.
I explained my last order because it was extraordinary? I wonder if it was extraordinary because now I've got slop. I ordered the same things again the Biscoff, the Oreo, the strawberry and I think vanilla was what I ordered last time. Not cotton candy. Nonetheless that's what I ordered this time, and they were with regular lids, there was no whipped cream, there was no drizzle and they were definitely not filled even close to the brim. Eight dollars is a lot of money for one single shake. I spent over $50 to get these.

Really disappointed. I ordered EXTRA garlic spread and got none. There was no way to add extra toppings like pickle and onion when I ordered. I waited more than 30 minutes to get a dry sandwich.
I did call and spoke to D (manager) and he stated I could come in and get the order replaced. Only good thing I got. Onion rings were dry and Coke Zero flat as well. I don't recommend ordering DD from here.
