My dasher went out of his way to go back and get new drinks because the way Steak and Shake packaged the drinks the spilt everywhere. They refused to give him the drinks. poor management and customer service.

Meat patties were too well done bacon was rubber hot dogs very tasty chilli was way too spicy and cheese wasn't melted poor quality skip and go to checkers better

Highly recommend an extra patty and extra cheese on the Frisco Melt. Seriously could have been the best patty melt I've ever tasted. Tenders were aight too!

I have to say the burger is really good and the fries actually taste good and not artifical tasting like due to their NEW Beef Tallow fries! Just the food was a little cold but still worth it!

Had the double, it's the burger done right. The price is iffy but at least iit's good enough tojustify the price. 100 out of 10 would buy again and again.
