To whomever made my butter Butter Double Steakburger. You did an awesome job. It was the first one I ever received with the crispy edges, not dried out. I usually don't even eat a whole burger from here but this time I did. It was delicious. Thank you so much

The bun was old and crumbled. The cheese wasn't even melted and the large onion rings had 4 onion rings - the container was 80% empty. I haven't had an issue with steak and shake ever before but last night I paid $24 for 1 burger and 1 order of onion rings and it was garbage.

The fresco melt was just soggy with grease. It was poorly put together with a single sad leaf of lettuce and a single slice of tomato so thin, I could barely taste it. I also ordered a large fries and received a regular fries in a large container. Just poor quality all around. The only thing that was any good was the root beer

Fries were cold and old and the chicken fingers hard . Sandwich was edible but none of the condiments and toppings I ordered were not all there just onions and lettuce and I wanted to include pickles mayonnaise ketchup and mustard relish but nothing .
I wouldn't order from this location ever again. Waste of money

Burger was super salty and the fries were really greasy. I ordered cheese fries and got a bag of fries with a very small side of cheese. I will never order or eat from here again. My root beer was good
