To whomever made my butter Butter Double Steakburger. You did an awesome job. It was the first one I ever received with the crispy edges, not dried out. I usually don't even eat a whole burger from here but this time I did. It was delicious. Thank you so much

very disappointed for $12. this is a very small portion, It's supposed to have extra meat extra cheese. it doesn't look like it has any cheese or any meat... this is the worst I have had from this restaurant. very poorly made Chili 5-Way

The bun was old and crumbled. The cheese wasn't even melted and the large onion rings had 4 onion rings - the container was 80% empty. I haven't had an issue with steak and shake ever before but last night I paid $24 for 1 burger and 1 order of onion rings and it was garbage.

For the sandwich to feature grilled onions as a topping for this sandwich, there was very minimal on the burger. I counted about 7 onion slivers on the whole burger. Disappointed in the quality of the burger this time.

Fries were cold and old and the chicken fingers hard . Sandwich was edible but none of the condiments and toppings I ordered were not all there just onions and lettuce and I wanted to include pickles mayonnaise ketchup and mustard relish but nothing .
I wouldn't order from this location ever again. Waste of money
