I ordered a Steak Frank Combo, no ketchup add chili and cheese. I get a hot dog drenched in mustard, no chili at all and then a sprinkle of cheese. If I'm paying for cheese expect it to be covered. Then I ordered my wife 3 PC Chicken Fingers Combo and it came with the tiniest chicken I've ever seen in my life, it was over cooked and no BBQ sauce that was also requested and paid for. This is horrible service and I don't think I'd order here again

the food was nasty I ended up throwing both sandwiches Garlic Double Steakburger ComboGarlic Double Steakburger away I took a bite and couldn't even chew the first one it was the same with the second one it tasted so bad I had to spit it out I asked for extra garlic on my sandwich and the sandwich didn't have any hint of garlic even though I asked for extra the little taste it did have was nasty and not appetizing at all i will definitely not be ordering from this franchise ever again even if the food was free I wouldn't eat it a waste of money

Nothing more disappointing than not getting your two sides of fries and having to rip open a bag that has "beef tallow fries" written on it 10 times.

I ordered a Garlic Double Steakburger Combo and they didn't give me my fries that I payed extra for to upgrade to a med, also the bun was a regular butter bun, wasn't the garlic bun. Very disappointing as it takes away from the flavor profile. Heads up go here in person so you can check everything
