Banana milk shakes where absolutely amazing! Great taste and I am a banana lover so these where great. The Garlic Double Steakburger Combo was SUPER garlic flavored but good my only complaint with both burgers is they are soo greasy. But great flavor

Steak 'n Shake use to be really good but now Burger King or Wendy's burger taste wayyy better the price for a meal is outrageous then you get a small patty stale fries and a watered down drink.

didn't get my fries at all. my bread on fresco was barely toasted so soggy. cheese wasn't at all melted on it. Everything has been amazing here since new ownership took over - just not the best night I guess.

Every single time I order from here, it takes 45+ mins just to prepare the food. Half the time my dasher cancels because of how long they've been waiting for my order.

food was cold burgers was like leather didn't receive my shake the hot dog was ok could have been cooked more onion rings and fries was like a oil slick
