asked for no onions and recieved onions. On the garlic butter burger it was extremely salty, did not include pickles, lettuce, bacon, ketchup, and mayo that I requested, and all the fries were too hard to eat

Left out several items in my order and has happened more than once and food is overly greasy now like the wraps the burgers are in are dripping they are so wet of grease

Bag was open and all crumpled up. I ordered chicken fingers and fries and had a tiny amount of fries just laying in the bottom of the bag and no fries container at all. Looked like maybe the fries were taken and what was left in the bag was the fries that spilled out of the container that was taken. I will not order again

Customer service was so welcoming and sufficient. The night staff there are so friendly. Also the food was delicious and fresh.
