First time here after wanting to visit for forever! Ordered the Kale Caesar Salad Large with seitan and a / Vegan Malt or Shake. The salad was indeed large, but the portion of seitan was around a quarter of what is shown in the photo (or less), which was quite disappointing. It came with four very thin strips, just a heads up. The croutons were also very oily and not very crunchy.
The cookies and cream shake was great!
I'm not giving 3 stars because we ordered near the end of the night so perhaps they were out of seitan or the oil was old for the croutons. Hope to have a better experience soon!

When the food is made well and the condiments are included, it's really good food. Unfortunately we've had a few vegan condiments not included, even when paid for. My first philly was AMAZING, my second was BURNT.

The Spicy Fricken Sandwich was delicious. It was packed with flavor. You could def tell it was vegan, but it didn't matter.

I was a bit skeptical at first but I'm so glad I chose to go with it. I will definitely order the substance burger again! It was delish!!!!
