I don't know who the pancake and broccoli chef is at Sugar n' Spice, but they nailed it! The blueberry pancakes were light and fluffy, and the broccoli was tender and tasty (and yes, I like broccoli with everything, including pancakes).

I love the Biscuits n' Gravy , nice large portion, includes hash browns! Gravy is flavorful, much better than most restaurant breakfast gravies. Definitely recommend.

The 1/2 Peach Crumble may not look the prettiest in my picture, but it tasted great! The peach compote on top was very similar to the taste of a fresh peach & the cinnamon crumbles on the bottom of the stack were a nice crispy complement too. The Bacon was perfectly crispy & the Hash Browns (which I ordered with peppers, onions, & cheddar cheese) were pretty great as well!!

Sad little Breakfast Sandwich with one egg. Photos are deceptive. I would have gladly paid for another egg had I known.
Goetta was dry and hard. Grits were very good and perfectly cooked.

grits are EXTREMELY watery, with little to no flavor, you are eating porridge that is just flavored by water, hollandaise sauce was little to none on the whole thing, very reasonable portion size especially for the price. The eggs benedict is alright seemed made to order but also have no flavor outside of the poached egg on top. Grits are also probably old and have been watered down to help with not burning with during a lunch rush. Absolutely will not order again. Even salt and pepper would help with cooking this.
