The Veggie Plate is a must try! It's great for the price, you get to try all the dips and appetizers. I don't think I've had such a good Felafel ever before and the Vine leaf item was lovely too. The Lamb Kebab Alacarte (1 Skewer) was delicious and I wish I had ordered more! The Chicken Shawarma Wrp was huge and worth it, high on flavour. Would recommend 10/10.

I eat here anytime I'm in the east bay. Was not impressed with the food last night. I understand it was Christmas Eve but it's no excuse. The "bed of lettuce" that the falafel was supposed to come on was non existent. The rice seemed like minute rice that was not the regular recipe. The rice is my favorite side dish at sultan I know it very well and I know last night they used minute rice or a different grain. It was not good. Would not order again from this location. The original location in downtown Danville is still superior. This location in Blackhawk was not fresh. Even the ground meat was rough, chewy, and had lots of gristle and bone in it. Really disappointed.

High quality ingredients, tender meat and great flavor. Great thick hummus texture. The kebabs are phenomenal and the rice is exactly what one wants when they order Turkish food, 5/5

I like the Falafel wrap, filled with tomato, lettuce and tahini sauce. Really good and filling.

Do NOT get the letil soup. Oddly they forgot the lentils in the soup! I have been the the other Sultan's location and its Lentil soup is good. This had to be throw out.
The Falafels were good but the chicken kabab was OK.
The Dolma also had to be thrown out. Oddly I think they had it in a refrigerator that was too cold and it came frozen. Even after it warmed up I couldn't eat it. SAD because the other location has been good.
