I also requested extra sauce and didn't get it even though it shows on the receipt. The quarter pounder was also cold and no longer juicy. A few days ago I asked for the $5.00 meal. It doesn't show on their menu but highly advertised on TV. Again fake advertising. The server didn't know how to add it to my order, when I got it the fries were missing as well as the extra sauce I ordered. Both experience and food quality were poor. No wonder people are willing to wait in long lines to get their burgers and fries down the street. Your sales must be suffering at the San Ramon location. No longer the quality you could depend on. "

"I don't know how exactly they made these OREO® Cookie Papa Bites but they made them differently there was a flavorful sort of pretzel-ish crust on it and they were shaped differently and the inner dough was so warm and gooey with the icing they really complimented each other and the Oreo bits as you can see were very plentiful and it was seriously one of the best tasting things i have come across in a long long time. Possibly equal to the time I first ate kouign-amann when I lived in France. (If you ever go to the Brittany Region it's a specialty -*life changing*)
I hope whoever made them this time makes them again hopefully teaches others and they do it like that every time!! Will be returning here to share #2 !"
