the UMAMI SALMON BOWL is incredibly buttery and flavorful and so delicious! the FRENCH FRIES are salty and cheesy and a little spicy and so good! the CHOCOLATE TAHINI BROWNIE (GF) is amazing!!! I have celiac disease and always feel amazing after eating here! they also let you add what allergies you have which is so comforting! I highly recommend superba food + bread!!

The HAND CUT STEAK TARTARE is FANTASTIC!!!! No notes! The CRISPY SKINNED RAINBOW TROUT was worth it, I just didn't care for the Smashed cucumber salad. The chunks were too large and the dish needed more herb oil. But Superba is a favorite!!!

The CRISPY BREAKFAST POTATOES are amazing!!! And the CHOCOLATE TAHINI BROWNIE (GF) is so moist and tasty!! My dogs also loved the DOG TREAT and ate is so quick! Which is great because with dog treats sometimes they're quite picky. I would definitely order again!
