idk, the microwave ones like the Tigre Picante - Pork Shumai and Crab Rangoon don't have a specific heat time. I heated mine up for 2 minutes (it looked frozen and frosty so) and the plastic container warped and melted. still tasty despite the slight hint of melted chemical. the Big Wave Poke Bowl - Salmon, Tuna is always yummy.

The Crunchy Roll - Imitation Crab 10pc was made without the crunchy, but all the sushi was still really good, and I would still have it again!
