The Jerk Fries were just okay, very sweet seasoning, but no salt or savoury flavour at all to balance it out + they also came kind of cold & soggy, which I don't think helped. The avocado crema saved them from being inedible. My only gripe with the avocado crema is it could maybe be less watery. The Impossible Beef Burrito itself was pretty good! Packed to the brim with filling. I got coconut rice, cabbage slaw, mango salsa & beans. It was EXTREMELY filling, took about 4 bites and was full. Honestly, this might be one of the few times $19 for a burrito is even close to reasonable. All in all, I think I would order again & skip the fries.

I ordered a burrito bowl, but got a regular burrito. Usually this would not be an issue, but this was the most disappointing burrito I've had in my life. I ordered extra plantains because I wanted to save them for later (again, ordered a bowl for a reason). Not only did they wrap me a burrito full of plantains and literally two shreds of chicken, they also substituted the black beans I requested with sweet potatoes which I do not like. The coconut jerk sauces was ok, didn't really add anything to the disappointing food. I definitely will not be ordering from here again as I can get a regular jerk chicken plate at any Caribbean place who can actually get the order right. The only reason I'm writing this review is because they seem to do this often. My husband has ordered from here a few times and they constantly give him burritos instead of the bowls he orders. Now it happened to me and I think it's fair other customers be warned of what to expect from this place.

I specifically ordered a burrito BOWL and got the actual burrito. The store should change the item name if it's going to mess up simple orders. My husband orders from here frequently and they've messed up his order multiple times as well.

good. only 2 things:
1) burrito arrived cold, not warm, even though the dasher was there and waiting for the order
2) you HAVE to put 3 things into the burrito. It would be nice to have the option but not a requirement. would also be nice to have doubling up on one thing instead. I thought the items might come on the side, but it goes in the burrito.
flavor in mine was good. I would have enjoyed it better if I didnt have to add more to it and kept it simple.
I might try something else next time, especially if that requirement is removed.

The food is always good & I will order again. The only complaint I have is they never give me the extra sauce I pay for. I gave 4 stars because it's happened multiple times :(
