Sweet Republic is an artisan ice cream shop where all the ice creams and sorbets are made from scratch with all natural ingredients that are locally grown whenever possible.
Really good ice cream; the mint tastes like I pulled it from the garden (in a good way). Pricey, but very good. I'd get it again.

My favorite Ice Cream in the valley! I love all their flavors, but especially the Real Mint Chip and the Almond Butter Crunch. The Belgian Chocolate is also amazing as is the  Madagascar Vanilla.

Very little almond crunch in the ice cream. we've been noticing that on the last several orders. There are maybe 3 bites of the crunch in a pint. Not as good as it used to be.

I wasnt sure how id like the dairy free coconut and I cant believe how inc it is! Wow! The Cookies & Cream Ice Cream was amazing too. Can't wait to order again

1st time to order got a dbl scoop, carmel and almond crunch. It tasted good but couldn't tell which was one or the other. Won't order again it was so sweet and again could not taste any difference between either flavor
